Current Workouts

My current workout routine:
(I take A LOT of breaks when I am exercising, it may seem overwhelming, but if you rest any time you need, that helps a lot.)


Sunday (@Gym):
2-3 laps around a track that is 1/12 of a mile
Stretching
Upper Body Workout

  • Triceps
  • Biceps
  • Rows
  • Incline Press
  • Chest Press
  • Lat Pull-Downs
2 Leg Exercises 
Pick from: Leg Press, Leg Curl, Leg Extension, Squats, Mini-Lunges, Calf Raises

Tuesday & Thursday:
Physical Therapy (Outpatient):
  • 10 min on elliptical
  • Stretches 
  • Step Ups & Step Downs
  • Walking w/ Resistance 
  • Balance Building Exercises


Thursday & Saturday:
20 Min on the Mini-Bike at the beginning of dialysis

Throughout the Week:
  • Walking
  • Stretching In-Home
  • Balance Building Exercises In-Home
