2-3 laps around a track that is 1/12 of a mile
Stretching
Upper Body Workout
- Triceps
- Biceps
- Rows
- Incline Press
- Chest Press
- Lat Pull-Downs
2 Leg Exercises
Pick from: Leg Press, Leg Curl, Leg Extension, Squats, Mini-Lunges, Calf Raises
Tuesday & Thursday:
Physical Therapy (Outpatient):
- 10 min on elliptical
- Stretches
- Step Ups & Step Downs
- Walking w/ Resistance
- Balance Building Exercises
Thursday & Saturday:
20 Min on the Mini-Bike at the beginning of dialysis
Throughout the Week:
- Walking
- Stretching In-Home
- Balance Building Exercises In-Home
